Raising the Barre Performing Arts and Dance Studio, is dedicated to providing a unique approach to the performing arts. A Christian dance ministry that provides a faith-centered environment for children. We provide the opportunity to experience the performing Arts in a diversity of styles such as ballet, pointe, lyrical, modern, jazz, tap, hip hop, drama and musical theatre. Now we are offering a new genre of dance, Christian step or stomp.  We strive to prepare children to utilize their gifts to share a message of hope, peace and love. There is purpose and meaning in why we dance.  We use the God-given talents these children and in adults have to spread the gospel. 

Raising the Barre offers the finest instruction for ages 2 through adults. From beginners to advanced, pre-professional to professional levels of dance. All classes are choreographed to Christian or inspirational music. Prayer and scripture are an integral part of our curriculum.

Whether simply wanting to spend time with friends, achieve a dance-oriented goal or pursue a career in the world of dance, Raising the Barre can assist you with these goals.  We have been blessed with a wonderful staff of Christian teachers who love all ages. Their resumes consist of lifetime instruction and the type of performance experience young aspiring dancers dream of.

We offer a wonderful scholarship program for families in need. Our hearts desire is to allow all children the opportunity to experience the Performing Art's.
